One of the most fulfilling experiences of my life is when I became a fundraising officer for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I was extremely grateful to have the opportunity to give back to an organization that has saved so many lives.

By contacting family, friends, clients and local businesses I was able to raise over $2,000 in two weeks for St. Jude's Research Hospital, but that was only the beginning...

‌In the Spring of 2017, I started my very own fundraising campaign, and with the help of Florida State University's Tri Delta sorority, we were able to take this fundraiser to the next level.

Problem: Our main target audience was college students who are known to have little funds to spare...

While we were able to promote the cause through social media endeavors and flyers, we weren't able to truly capture our audience until we started getting more involved with popular college town restaurants and clubs. We eventually even got to put a talent show together where I performed my very own song!

While the "Share-It" nights with restaurants like Which-Which and Blaze Pizza brought in great amounts of donations, we saw the potential to make this even bigger since their were now so many people participating.

After a long two weeks of fundraising, I proposed that a concert would be a fun way to bring in some last-minute donations.

The talent show was an absolute hit! By inviting fellow students to display their talents on the big stage, our campaign  received an enormous amount of gratitude along with over $1000 in sales for the event alone!

Special thanks to all of the generous people that donated to the cause!
